does not apply any restrictions on the access to its labour market
by citizens of other EEA countries.
New EU Members (Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania,
Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia) are also welcome to live and work
in Malta on the same basis as nationals of existing EU Members.

You Must Obtain A Work Visa Or Permit To Work In Malta.
