It was incorporated on the 10th day of January, 1968, a year after its majority shareholder and managing director returned from the United States of America, after having spent some twenty years in the construction industry over there.

The company commenced its activities by purchasing a marvelous site in Nadur Gozo and developing it into thirty-two residential apartments. From there onwards the company continued to expand by purchasing more land and developing it by building apartments, villas and now hotels.

At present the company is developing a site at Marsalforn, Gozo's leading Tourist resort. On this site the company is building ninety-six holiday apartments all with their respective garage.
