These Maisonettes are found at Xaghra on the main road down to Marsalforn Bay. One can enjoy country and sea views from the front & back of these well finished and rustic maisonettes.

The ground floor maisonette "Ta Rozarja" consists of 1 main bedroom ensuite with spacious bathroom, 3 bedrooms with triple beds in each one, shower room, big kitchen, dining room, sitting room with cable T.V., telephone, 2 showers and B-B-Q near pool (size of pool 27x13ft with jacuzzi). "Ta Rozarja" maisonette is for long lets only.


The first floor maisonette "Ta Giljan" consists of 1 main bedroom ensuite with shower room, 2 bedrooms with triple beds in each one, main bathroom, big kitchen, dining & sitting room with cable T.V., telephone and B-B-Q near pool (size of pool 10x15ft with jacuzzi).

An automatic washing machine is to be shared by both maisonettes.

All rooms have ceiling fans and insects screens with windows and doors.
