Updated: Gozo ferry discount for part time students; adds GUG statement

The Gozo Ministry said that Gozitan students who do not work and who are enrolled in a course either at University, at MCAST, ITS or other educational institutions in Malta will get a subsidy on the Gozo Channel fare. This will be done with immediate effect.
