Malta wins the FIA European Top Methanol Championship 2012

Manty Bugeja of Mr. Whippy Racing Team, a member of the Malta Drag Racing Association (MDRA), won the FIA European Top Methanol Dragster Championship 2012. This is the first time ever that such a prestigious FIA title was won by a Maltese team.
