Ex-Gozo Channel Chairman sees warrant rejected

This morning, a Court rejected a request made by Dr Joseph Grech, former Gozo Channel Chairman, for a warrant of prohibitory injunction to be issued to stop Gozo Channel from issuing a fresh call of applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer, in order for him to be handed the job.
