Vodafone sets benchmark with €11 million investment in customer service

Vodafone Malta CEO Balesh Sharma has announced that over the coming months until March 2012 the company will be investing €11 million to further finance projects aimed at taking its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to an even higher level.
