Malta man hosts new TV show 'Mad Scientists' on National Geographic Channel

MALTA - Over the past year, John Bowler has powered a leaf blower with a jet engine. He's helped turn a wheelchair into a water chariot and, at one point, he ended up on the bottom of Lake Tahoe.
