Ministry denies it authorised removal of stipends

A circular halting the stipends of the Higher Secondary and the Sixth Form in Gozo has been withdrawn and an investigation launched. The Rolex Middle Sea Race has attracted close to one hundred yachts from overseas to visit Malta with 2,000 visitors expected to arrive next month.
