PL: Gozo a centre of shame with unfinished roadworks

The Labour spokesman for the sustainable development of Gozo, Dr Anton Refalo, has described the road leading to Mġarr as a “centre of shame rather than excellence in the Mediterranean”, looking more like a “war zone” with the unfinished road works.
