ELSA Malta wins bid to host 2016 International Council Meeting

ELSA Malta has won a bid to host ELSA’s 69th International Council Meeting (ICM) in Spring 2016. Members of the Maltese delegation presented Malta’s bid during an International Council Meeting, which was being held over the past week in Bodrum, Turkey.
