Malta and India sign agreement on diplomatic visa waiver

Malta's Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr George W Vella, held talks with the Indian Minister of External Affairs, Salman Khurshid, on the margins of the 11th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Foreign Ministers Meeting currently being held in New Delhi.
