Foreigners living in Malta to sue ARMS Ltd.

EU nationals residing in Malta plan to sue Arms Ltd. in order to be reimbursed and compensated for overcharged bills since 2004. According to KullHadd newspaper, the government is not observing the EU Free Movement Directive on this issue, and has even received a letter of formal notice from the EC to this effect.
