Malta has till December to decide whether to allow full access to Bulgarian and Romanian workers

Malta is one of 10 countries in the EU that have to decide whether to extend the restrictions that Bulgarians and Romanians still face if they want to work in Belgium, Germany, Ireland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, the UK and Malta.
