Malta Town Board grapples with plan to fund Round Lake Library after proposition passes

MALTA — Town voters on Tuesday convincingly approved a proposition that requires the town to provide the Round Lake Library with $291,000 in annual funding, but there’s still no official indication as to where that money is going to come from.
