Power cut in 27 localities, Gozo caused by fault in Delimara power station phase 1

Twenty-seven localities and Gozo this morning experienced a brief power cut caused by a fault in the Delimara power station phase 1. Enemalta explained that at around 8.26am, unit 1 at the older Delimara Power station's Phase 1 suffered a trip which caused load shedding in some parts of Malta.
