Labour decries 'mismanagement' inside Gozo ministry

Labour MP Anton Refalo said Gozo minister Giovanna Debono managed the ministry 'like a band club'. Opposition spokesperson for Gozo hits out at government’s work on the sister island, claiming Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono has turned the Ministry into “a political band club”.
