Malta man accused of choking, killing wife

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says a former police officer killed his wife and left her body in their Malta home for several days. Deputies say 68-year-old Charles Wilkinson murdered 65-year-old Kathleen Wilkinson after a domestic dispute.
