An elderly couple from Kercem were injured when their car crashed into a bus shelter in Triq il-Qsajjam, Xlendi on Friday morning. According to police the driver, an 83-year-old man,lost control when he crashed into the shelter before hitting a low wall. He is in a critical condition.
