First CIP guarantee agreement for small business launched

BOV Start Plus was launched in Malta following an agreement reached between the European Investment Fund (EIF) and Bank of Valletta. This is the first Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP) Guarantee agreement to support financing for start-ups and micro-enterprises in Malta.
