Libyans plan protest to request week-long visas to Malta

Libyan nationals in Malta are expected to hold a protest tomorrow morning in front of the Libyan embassy in Balzan, because they are not receiving the aid promised from the embassy over a long-standing impasse related to their travelling visas.
