MRA says bottled gas cheaper in Malta than the UK, Italy

The Malta Resources Authority said today that gas sold in cylinders is cheaper in Malta than it is in the UK or Italy. It said that competition in the market, due to the introduction of a new operator in the gas sector, has led the local companies not to adopt the maximum price it had established.
