Doubts over tenants delay application for $11M building in Malta tech park

MALTA — The Industrial Development Agency tabled an application from an Albany developer seeking $1.5 million in funding over a five-year agreement to build an $11 million, 100,000-square-foot building in the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park.
