Muscat: Malta/Libya – friendship before business

Addressing the New Libya Forum to identify areas where Malta and Libya can work together, Opposition leader Joseph Muscat said on Tuesday morning that “Malta and Libya are natural partners and the relationship is built on friendship and not business.
