Malta Airport ranks Best Airport in Europe in ASQ Passenger Survey

The survey is conducted via 350,000 interviews with passengers while at the gate of over 200 airports in more than 50 countries. Customer feedback is measured on a range of service delivery parameters that track the customer experience from the moment of arrival at the airport to the departure gate.
