Albany man with BAC 3 times legal limit charged with DWI

MALTA — State Police arrested an Albany man early Wednesday with a blood alcohol content nearly three times the legal limit, police said. At about 2:09 a.m. police from the Malta barracks responded to a vehicle stuck in a snow bank on State Route 9 near Ellsworth Commons.
