Malta to insist on migration timeframes – Prime Minister

Malta will be insisting on the inclusion of timeframes for the implementation of migration plans in tomorrow’s EU council summit conclusions Prime Minister Joseph Muscat said this evening at the end of the first day of the EU summit.
