The Malta Rugby League (MRL) was granted Affiliate Membership of the Rugby League European Federation (RLEF) after applying in early November. Robert Cortis shall be graduating with a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, United Kingdom.
