Malta: would send fleeing Libyan leaders to ICC

VALLETTA (Reuters) - Malta said on Monday that if Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi or other senior Libyan government officials tried to escape to the Mediterranean island, it would immediately send them to the International Criminal Court.
