A nicely converted 250 year old, south facing farmhouse comprising
of a large mill room converted into a comfortable lounge/living room
with T.V. spacious kitchen and dining combined all overlooking a large
pool area. A stone staircase leads you to a stone arched terrace also
overlooking the pool, from which one can enter three double bedrooms

A wrought iron double bed with
Swedish pine furniture to compliment
and ensuite with bath and shower.
Terrace Room:
Two Single Beds with builtin wardrobe. A separate bathroom at
the end of the terrace services this bedroom.
Balcony Room:
As its name denotes this large bedroom has a balcony overlooking
the country side, it is newly furnished with a pine bedroom
suite with double bed. This room has its own ensuite bathroom.
Garden Room:
This is the only bedroom downstairs and it sleeps 2 persons
on a double bed.
The pool deck is large and offers a totally relaxing environment
for outdoor barbeques and sunbathing. There is a bathroom downstairs
to service the downstairs area.
Uninterrupted sea and country views can be enjoyed from the
terrace and roof. Sitting on the roof watching the sunset is
an unforgettable experience you can surely never forget. A very
vast barbeque area surrounded with bushes and flowers is at
the back of this very roomy house. It sleeps eight comfortably
and has unmatched privacy and tranquil surroundings. Also a
private carpark for 4 cars comes with this unique property lying
on the outskirts of Gharb, one of the oldest and most serene
of the Gozitan Villages.
